This is a desktop research exercise and we talk to local agents to establish how much a property is worth in the current market.

We offer an in-house service where we do all the work for you for £55 for non-members and £40 for members.

2. Find the best estate agent to sell your home
It's always a difficult to task to find the best estate agent to sell your home, but it's something that the Designs on Property Team are experts at! If you email your postcode and poperty address, we will search out using specialist data and our knowledge of estate agents for the best three agents to come and value your home.

3. Property Investment Consultancy
This is a bespoke service for those considering investing in property. It is a service fulfilled by Kate Faulkner, our property expert, and typically involves:-

a.  A meeting to go through an investment brief
b.  A report on the questions asked during the meeting
c.  Independent analysis of property investment deals
d.  Recommending services that you might need to carry on with your project
