Q - I can't sell and am thinking of auctioning my house, it's a three bed and I don't know if it would cost a lot more than selling through an agent.


A - If you can't sell on the 'open market' then auctioning is a good think to explore. Typically it will cost a similar amount to selling via an estate agent.

Fees are likely to include a cost for adding you to their auction catalogue, which may be a few hundred pounds or more, depending on the size of the ad and value of your home.
