Deeds to House

A Power of Attorney

On most days we are answering your property questions for free on our forum.

Check out one of the recent questions we've answered:-

Q - Can a member of the family sell a house without my signature if my name is on the deed?

A - Hi, the answer to this is no from a UK perspective as if your name is on the deed, it means you are part owner, so he couldn't sell the house without your approval or unless he had some power of attorney to act on your behalf.
