FSA fines and bans former Northern Rock deputy chief executive and credit director for misreporting mortgage arrears figures

With the election taking the headlines, the main news seems to have missed the fact that two people from Northern Rock (the first bank to hit trouble in 2007 in the UK) have been fined by the FSA for misreporting figures!
