A - It is essential that any property damp problems are correctly identified and fixed, ideally using a company who is a member of the Property Care Association.

Kate has always lived in older properties and has had damp surveys carried out. Any damp rememdies that are required by the survey must be carried out as per their strict instructions, eg ensuring a 'salt retardant additive' is used where required.  VIEW FULL ANSWER HERE
