Is this the UK’s top property?

According to the UK Property Awards it has taken months of painstaking research into many hundreds of companies resulting in entries from 65 different counties to find the UK's Best Property.

Properties are judged based on architecture, design and build qualities and are supposed to be "not only aesthetically pleasing but also ecologically responsible and at the cutting edge of technology for convenience, entertainment and safety”. Hmmm sounds exciting!

Well here it is the best regional property:-

Cadena House, Bray, Berkshire (Octagon)

And one near London:-

Dene Terrace, Kent (Urban Evolution)

These all look very expensive though, so it’s a good job there is a ‘best apartment’ to consider including the ‘best regional apartment’ from Higgins Homes.

The Old Hospital, Maidstone, Kent (Higgins Homes)
