Calling all Buyers: Don’t rush into buying a property!

Shocking new research from ING Direct suggests that on average, a homebuyer in the UK spends just 21 minutes viewing a property before deciding to buy it!

Kate Faulkner, Managing Director of Designs on Property says “This isn’t new news, and in fact is slightly better than the 15 minutes they used to take some years ago” says Kate, “However, it continues to shock me at the lack of time, effort and checks, and particularly planning and research, that buyers take when considering a new home.”
