Got a good agent? Give them a good report!

A new site has launched to help you find the best and ideally avoid the worst of estate agents across the UK. Not that it looks like this has really got ‘off the ground’ yet as the reviews are all ‘suspiciously’ rating agents at 100%. The site is yet to establish itself and makes it money from charging agents a pretty hefty £25 a month fee for them to join! But if you fancy a look and have found a good agent, do give them a good write up - Agent Tracker!

Don’t forget though that all estate agents have to belong to a redress scheme by law including The Property Ombudsman Scheme, and it’s essential that you make sure your agent is a current member by checking on the redress schemes' websites.
