Association of Property Finders & Buyers Agents (APFBA)

The Association of Property Finders and Buyers Agents (APFBA) is the industry body for UK and International property finders and buyers agents.

The APFBA has been set up to raise the profile of the industry, and establish guidelines for the professional conduct of property finders and buyers' agents. APFBA Members agree to represent buyers whilst adhering to a professional Code of Practice.

Buyers' Agents are professionals that specialise in searching, negotiating and purchasing property on behalf of buyers. APFBA's key roles include providing help and guidance for buyers' agents while actively campaigning to ensure the property buying public get equal professional representation to vendors during the property sale transaction.
