Auction Property Market Update for April 2010
Skip to Headline Statistics or Useful Resources
Really interesting to see the auction stats for this month as contrasting to a great previous month, the auction houses look like the interest in property has stalled - which may be due to the election or 'end of year' activity as the tax year closed on 5th April.
The turnover for residential properties which was growing strongly has started to drop back and the number of lots for sale have gone up, but the percentage of lots sold has gone down to one of it's lowest levels for a while: 68% versus last month's 74%.
