Top Three Tips on how to choose a builder!

1. Avoid Cowboy Builders! Make sure that your builder is a member of the Federation of

Master Builders, Trust Mark, Check a Trade and even check they are OK via the Office

of Fair Trading.

2. Always ask for quotes to breakdown the work you want doing as well as material and

labour costs.

3. Ask to see their up to date insurance details and make sure you have an agreement

in writing.
