Top Three Tips on where to look to help you find a plot of land!

1. Make sure you secure a 'free trial' of any on-line plotfinding services.

2. Ring and check how up to date their plots for sale are and make sure they only list

plots with outline or full planning permission granted. Be very wary of sites offering land

'without planning'.

3. Talk to local agents, put notes through people's doors if there is land available next to

their home.
