Top Three Tips on how to find a letting agent!

1. Only use letting agents that are members of ARLA or NALS and have an independent

third party complaints scheme

2. Ask to see one page of all their charges throughout a tenancy agreement (whether you

are a landlord or a tenant

3. Don't choose a letting agent based on low commission rates only. Work out the costs

on an annual basis including set up fee, EPC and other charges, plus the commission charge

and any tenancy renewal charges.
