Having worked in the property industry for over 10 years now, we've spent much of our time analysing and researching the national and local property markets and keeping a record of all the information we've found useful.
As we write books, research and present about the market across the UK, help journalists and the media with their articles/interviews and statistics in an effort to provide accurate information about what has, is and the future of all aspects of the property market.

For example, the average first time buyer age is 29 NOT 37 or 43 as often reported.
On average, mortgaged properties are owned with 2.84 x their income NOT the often 8 or 10 times reported.
