To rent a property did you know?

Each property and landlord MUST have the following documentation:-

• An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• Your deposit is protected under the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme (TDPS)
• A gas safety certificate (and ideally an electrical certificate)

Anybody marketing or letting a property WITHOUT these three documents is likely to be letting the property illegally and you should definitely avoid renting these from potential rogues!
