Top Three Tips on how to choosing a property surveyor!

1. Ensure the surveyor is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

2. Make sure the surveyor is experienced in surveying your type of property ie new build

snagging specialist, Listed, barn conversion, period property or non-standard construction.

3. Ask some simple questions, 'how do they deal with inaccessible areas?', 'can they send

you a sample report?', 'how long have you been operating in this area?'.
