Kate Faulkner has been renovating old properties for 20 years and spent the last 10 years as a business development consultant to all sectors of the property industry. Due to her unique consumer and industry insights, the consumer organisation Which? asked Kate to write a series of books on property including Buy, Sell, Move House, Renting and Letting, Develop your Property and the Property Investment Handbook.

Jill Treloggen
Jill runs one of the most successful interior design businesses in the Oxford region. She knows how to make a property appeal to buyers and tenants alike and how to renovate a property from scratch. Amanda Sprawson
Amanda co-ordinates all the operations for Designs on Property, this includes managing the website updates, liaising with the company's partners and managing day to day business essentials.  Amanda has a background in estate agency and is fascinated by the property market, hence joining the company! 

Student Support!
As Kate is a supporter of Young Enterprise and is Education Liaison Officer for the Institute of Directors, she understands the value that students can add to a young business. In return, Designs on Property offers students (particularly those studying property degrees) excellent work experience to help with all kinds of projects.

Currently, Designs on Property has the following students supporting the site: Will Beresford who is taking a Property Degree at Sheffield Hallam University, Annie Morley who is studying for a degree in Sociology, but is keen to gain some everyday business experience. James, studying economics and just about to go to University.

Partner Support
It is a massive job running Designs on Property. It involves looking after consulting clients, writing books and articles, preparing and presenting seminars as well as keeping the website fresh.

Our accountants are Nicholsons in Lincoln. They do a great job and without them, we'd miss every company administration and accounting deadline going!

Payroll
We couldn't have tackled the payroll, NI and tax minefield without The Payroll Site. Their site is so user friendly, even when it comes to end of year - payroll has never been so easy! Would highly recommend this company.

Design and Website Tools
This is provided by a new company called Boomerang Solutions. They specialise in the property and relocation market and provide the best design service at a fantastic price - and as Kate has worked with them for seven years, they come highly recommended!

Site Map Information
XML have provided a great site map service including email support and help, and as well as a really good value tool.

Call Centre Facility
This is a super service from Anserve. They answer the phone as Designs on Property when you ring the 0845 number and always pass your messages on, usually via email. It's why we can receive calls at a time more to suit you than just between the standard 9am-5pm

Print and Copy
A local company called 'Copyright Services' which deals with letterheads, cards and other communication material.

Legal Services
We have excellent legal help from Mitchell Wilde Solicitors who are definitely as cost effective as they promise!
