Top Three Tips on how to Choose a company for Letting Finance:-
1. Ensure your buy to let mortgage advisor or broker is fully qualified and regulated by
the FSA.
2. Make sure your buy to let mortgage broker or advisor can search 'whole of market', ie. can
search all available mortgages and is not restricted to certain companies or products.
3. Check banks and building societies for their buy to let mortgage products, as these may not
be available to independent mortgage advisors or brokers.
