Hi,

I've found a property to buy that needs alot of work including structural work, I need a mortgage but each time I've been to a mortgage company, theyve taken my money then told me that they will not give me the mortgage! this has happened three times - what can I do?

Don’t worry there is still specialist help there for people who want to do up property too! As you need a specialist mortgage, it is worth searching for mortgage brokers who are used to dealing with properties that need doing up.
