Hi, i've recently inherited just over £30k and want to invest it in property. What do I do and where do I start?

With regards to investing your money in property, there are many things to consider and think about before handing over any cash but without having more information from you, it would be difficult to give you a difinitive answer.
However, here are just a few ideas to get you started:-
Buying property as a Buy to Let; Doing up a run down property; Doing up and letting out; Buying property abroad.
Whatever you decide to do, always obtain advice from the property professionals!
