There are so many programmes on TV about property from make over programmes to property investment and competitions with property as prizes. This makes it hard to keep up with what is on and when and it is also difficult to know which programmes to watch if you want help and information about a specific property area. So we try to track the property programmes and give you a view as to whether this is just about people watching or if the programme gives information and advice on 'how to' buy, sell, rent or invest. Many of the newspapers - both local and national - rely on property to help them make their money every day/week. Property is therefore of great interest to the publisher, so each has its own day when property is focused on, be it a few pages in the paper or a full property supplement. Some of the papers provide really informative articles, whereas others seem to use the property market to create scary headlines about 'house price crashes'.
